Charlottesville, VA is known for its outstanding health care, but what about children’s health care? Children often need specialized care, due to their little bodies and inability to list all their symptoms correctly. In 2014, the University of Virginia Children’s Hospital opened a Pediatric Outpatient Care Center called the Battle Building. It was ranked by U.S. News & World Report, as one of the top children’s hospitals.
