A Special Pool With Views

by staff on June 8, 2014

Recently the folks at Realtor Magazine have reinforced a concept that we believe is important for both buyers and sellers.  Their recent polls confirm that the outdoor spaces are as important to many people as other spaces of the home.   As in, let’s come home from work and relax or entertain outside.

Of course the investment of energy and equipment can vary depending upon the climate, but people say their outdoor spaces are their favorite parts of their homes.  Midwesterners report that 75% of them use their outdoor space during the week.  Overall, baby boomers are focusing on their yards to add features like TV’s, special lighting, and comfortable lounge styles.  Those who live in warmer climates tend to have multiple grills and the #1 most preferred feature is the hot tub or pool.

(Have we got a deal for you.)   Smile   If a pool is on your own bucket list, we can help.

It just happens that there is an amazing property for sale as we write this, and it has an award-winning pool complex with views to rolling fenced horse pastures and the Blue Ridge Mountains.  The pool is surrounded by natural stone, gracefully nestled into beautifully landscaped gardens of perennials and natural trees.  There’s even a poolhouse with His-and-Hers changing rooms for your comfort and convenience.   This one even has another sought-after feature:  the home has a large screened porch that looks out over the pool and the property.  It’s just had a price reduction of $250,000.  Curious yet?  Here’s a link to the full details of the photo below.
